Welcome Friends,

 

This space is devoted to supporting you in your home practice with movement & meditation offerings from my hearth and heart to yours. 

I am personally inclined (and always have been), to practice at home. It requires more discipline yes, but the rewards are great. In practicing at home I am able to infuse the work into my daily life and trust the creativity of my own body, mind, and spirit. 

What props we might use in class...

- a yoga mat

- two blocks

- a yoga strap 

- a yoga bolster

- a folding chair

- two blankets and a pillow

- small circular exercise bands (optional)

- two 5lb and/or 10lb hand weights (optional)

- two tennis balls tied together in a sock (optional)
