Lavender Lemonade

Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup dried lavender flowers
- 1 cup lemon juice
- sugar or honey to taste
Directions
- make an infusion by boiling 2 cups of water and pouring over lavender flowers
- cover and steep for 10 minutes
- strain infusion into a pitcher and discard lavender flowers
- add two cups of cold water and lemon juice and stir
- add sweetener to taste
- refrigerate before serving
