Pistachio and Kale Hummus


Ingredients:


- 11/2 cups cooked chickpeas

- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios

- 2 kale leaves, stalks removed

- 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- crackers for serving

- sesame seeds for topping


Instructions:


- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds to serve.
